<aside> 👋 Hi! I’m Maca and I’m glad you are here. I’ve always been good with technology (I am the one who fixes the tv and computers of my family and teaches my grandparents how to use their smartphones) but decided to pursue a career on business. Recently I finished my studies for a Master in Digital Business and Innovation in Madrid.

<aside> 💡 My background is mostly in higher education since I worked for more than 3 years at a university in topics related to innovation and entrepreneurship. I consider myself an intrapreneur, since I had to manage a new business area of a business school and I had to take on different hats relating to marketing, event organization, design, project management, web development, among others.

<aside> 🔍 I’m looking for opportunities to make a positive difference in the world and to support organizations that are devoted to sustainability and improving the world we live in. Being able to contribute to something larger than myself and see the tangible results of my efforts is truly rewarding, and something I take great pride in. I want to find organizations that have a clear mission and vision, and are actively working towards making the world a better place. Knowing that I can be part of an effort that is making a difference in the world is an incredibly motivating factor for me.
